Payment, Pricing and Refund-Rights Policy

SUA is the seller of record for every purchase on San Uni Academy. Payments in taka are processed by SSLCommerz and settled to San Uni Academy. This policy forms part of the Terms of Use (/terms). It applies to everything you buy on San Uni Academy: courses, cohort seats, certificates, e-books and store items. Physical store items also follow the Store Terms (/legal/store-policy). If this policy and the Terms of Use say different things about a payment, this policy prevails for that topic; the mandatory consumer law of your country prevails over both where it gives you more.

In one sentence: you see the full price before you pay; you pay in US dollars by card, or in taka in Bangladesh; purchases of digital content are final once you start using them, subject to the statutory rights set out in clause 10; and if a charge goes wrong, we put it right.
