These Affiliate Program Terms are between you and San Uni Academy, with its registered office at 25, Euphannam-ro 21beon-gil, Hoengseong-eup, Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea ("SUA", "we", "us"). Our full company details are in the Legal Notice at /legal/notice.

These terms apply, in addition to the Terms of Use (/terms), from the moment your affiliate application is approved. You accept them when you apply; a new version that changes them materially is shown to you for acceptance at your next sign-in. They are written in English only, and the English text is binding. The figures that apply to you (your commission rate, the tier thresholds, the attribution window, the holding period and the minimum payout) are shown in your affiliate dashboard and on the public affiliate page; where these terms give a current figure, the dashboard figure governs if it is later changed under clause 13. Each clause starts with a short summary; the full text is what applies.
