Live Class, Recording and Participation Policy

This policy is published by San Uni Academy, registered in the Republic of Korea, with its registered office at 25, Euphannam-ro 21beon-gil, Hoengseong-eup, Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea ("SUA", "we", "us"). Our full company details are in the Legal Notice at /legal/notice.

It forms part of the Terms of Use (/terms, clause 10) for every learner and of the Instructor Terms (/legal/instructor-agreement, clause 12) for every teacher. It describes how live classes on San Uni Academy run, who may attend, what is recorded, what happens to recordings, and what each person in a class is responsible for. It is written in English only, and the English text is binding. Each clause starts with a short summary; the full text is what applies.
