Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and San Uni Academy ("SUA", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you visit San Uni Academy, use the SUA phone app, create an account, learn, buy anything, take part in a live class, earn a certificate, use the AI tutor or shop in the store.

Some activities have their own policies, which form part of these terms: the Privacy Policy (/privacy), the Cookie Policy (/legal/cookie-policy), the Payment, Pricing and Refund-Rights Policy (/legal/payment-policy), the Certificate Policy (/legal/certificate-policy), the Store Terms (/legal/store-policy), the Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines with the Honor Code (/legal/acceptable-use), the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy (/legal/copyright-policy) and the Live Class, Recording and Participation Policy (/legal/live-class-policy). Our company details are in the Legal Notice (/legal/notice). Teachers also accept the Instructor Terms (/legal/instructor-agreement) and affiliates the Affiliate Program Terms (/legal/affiliate-policy). Where a policy deals with a topic in more detail, that policy applies to it (clause 25).

Each clause starts with a short plain-words summary. The summary helps you read; the full text of the clause is what applies. The site is available in English, Bangla and Korean, but these documents are written in English and the English text is binding.
